Refresher Driving Courses

Refresher driving lessons are available to any qualified driver who wishes to improve on their current driving skills. I offer you the opportunity to improve your driving standards, helping to make you safer on the roads.

Courses are ideal for anyone who may have taken a break from driving, you may also have passed your test but not driven immediately and lack that confidence to start on your own.

I offer a relaxed environment where you can refresh your skills and gain the confident you need to drive independently. We offer both Manual or Automatic tuition, so it may be an ideal time to try new vehicles.

I am one of very few driving instructors who offer tuition in the clients own car. However, you may prefer to choose one of our dual-controlled vehicles when you start your course to get you back on the road.

Lessons are generally 90 minutes in duration which focus on safety, anticipation/planning, and a smooth progressive drive. Target Tuition specialises in building a drivers confidence when driving, if you feel you are a nervous driver, Target Tuition can help you overcome your driving fears.

We will discuss precisely what you want to achieve and set out a course of lessons to achieve those aims.

Driver Familiarisation Courses

If you are a visitor from overseas whilst you maybe licenced to drive, road and traffic conditions may not be similar to your own country.

I can offer training which will allow you to gain experience local to where you will be driving and including more complex situations, making sure you are aware of any different rules and priorities which can sometimes cause confusion.

I can build your knowledge and confidence, giving tuition in one of my dual-controlled vehicles  or your own car, whichever you prefer.

We can also provide training and assessments for your self-employed staff, for example a babysitter, nanny or au pair. You can tell when someone's going to take care of your children at home, but will they be safe once they start driving your car?
