Target Tuition offer the
first 2 hours for £ 36.00, this is our discounted rate for new
starters holding a provisional driving licence. Don’t be put off by
the 2 hours thou, you are welcome to start with 90 minutes. A
1.5hour lesson would cost £ 27.00.
Why do we charge less
for the first coaching session? Put simply, I want you to start
your driving lessons with me. On the first lesson there is always a
little more time needed meeting and greeting, familiarising yourself
with a different car, I will need to check your driving licence and
your eyesight so therefore reduce the lesson fee.
I also want the lesson
fees to be easy to understand. You will notice that Manual and
Automatic tuition is the same price.
The average price of
a driving lesson nationally seems to be between £20.00 to £25.00 per
hour.
Target Tuition offer
great discounts for block booking payments. Intensive courses are
available and further discounts are offered for block payments over
10 hours.
When considering the
price, please also consider that over your lifetime gaining your
licence will probably be the least of your costs. Owning a
vehicle, servicing, maintenance, road tax, insurance will all cost
more than the money and time spent gaining your driving licence.
I think you will find
our lesson fees very competitive without the jargon and complicated
terms and conditions attached. As an independent driving instructor
I value the customers I take on and the service standards I provide.
