CAN I LISTEN TO THE CAR STEREO ON TEST?

This is a question that often comes up from time to time. Many times I've actually mentioned this to clients who then reply ' Is that allowed? '. The short answer is yes! You can listen to the radio whilst you are taking your driving test. Its important to remember that the driving test is for you and you alone. The person sitting next to you is assessing your driving, not whether you like Queen or Shakira. Its the same as if you wanted to go to the toilet. Whilst its probably not ideal if you need to go you need to go. The examiner will probably help you find a place to stop. Of course every effort should be made to avoid toilet breaks. The only condition that surrounds the driving test is that the examiner can pass on information that you can understand.
